Helpful Tools-
One of the best tools that made me a good baller is an agility ladder. What you do with the agility ladder is you move your feet in the ladder boxes and out. This helps you move your feet faster in basketball. You get better defense, faster speed, and quicker reactions with the agility ladder. Another tool that I used to become a baller is a vests. The vests is equipped with weights and straps for you to do all sorts of workouts for basketball. For example, you could jump, run, and do squats with the vests on. The vest improves you to jump higher, get stronger, and faster. The vest, by most, will improve your cardio and stamina. With both of these helpful tools, this will let you become a true baller.
